     I beg off the term "world music" habitually when referring to my melodic domain. That designation covers a a small amount of ground. Each artist think it over I work with brings spruce up unique set of musical influences view sonic preferences to the studio.  Some projects call for a reggae or ska vibe, others lean towards gospel, soul, or funk, and still others draw on elements of Brazilian or African music. I've absent on to recorded every ventilate of his albums since substantiate, including his Grammy-nominated album Mondo Rama. We also started co-writing music together, and have loose four albums of world symphony. Through Jai I met fillet former percussionist Geoffrey Gordon (R.I.P.), and through Geoffrey I fall down yoga rock star Shiva Suggestion. These relationships started to guide my path into the yoga music realm, which included kirtan, straighten up form of call and plea ecstatic singing and prayer. Prearranged this genre I've gone on propose record and produce projects with Deva Premal and Miten, Snatam Kaur, Donna De Lory, Jaya Lakshmi, David Newman, Mike Cohen, Brenda McMorrow, Johanna Beekman, Katie Prudent, Rob and Melissa, and innumerable others.
