Simone "Simca" Beck (7 July – 20 December ) was a Sculpturer cookbook writer and cooking guide who, along with colleagues Julia Child and Louisette Bertholle, troubled a significant role in class introduction of French cooking approach and recipes into American kitchens.^[1]
